This is the result of a blog post I posted on
my blog. The goal of this tool is to provide a generic decision support system to assist in identifying
unintended
side effects.
Rate limiting
There is a rate limit of 10 requests per IP address per 24 hours. This is to prevent abuse of the service and prevent me
from getting big costs.
